Presley + Jesse Fall 2022
The cool fall air is finally gifting us with its presence, and we are breaking out the boots, sweatshirts, and the muted fall tones of the season. I am a sucker for a wedding that comes with the fall color palettes, comfort foods, cold drinks, and cozy details.
Presley wore a simple yet perfect gown from David's Bridal and her wedding party gowns, which were velvet, came from Baltic Born. The guests as well as myself fell in love with these stunning seasonal-appropriate gowns.
These two met during welcome week of college because Jesse actually knew Presley's roommate. They then ran into each other at a party shortly after that and ended up not talking at all afterwards over something he had said. And all the women say....Men. HA! But, true love really does lend itself to ultimately finding its way into manifestation. They continued to run into one another on campus, so they ultimately decided that they HAD to be friends. Five years later, here we are at one of the most intimate weddings that I've photographed this year.
Let's talk about the groomsmen and groomswoman. The suits from Men's Wearhouse were perfect for this fall inspired wedding. The groomswoman wore her suit with perfection. She even said that she had worn it since 9am and felt like a million bucks in it. I hope that you can not only see, but feel the fun that was had by this incredible bridal party. They were a good time!
Catering from Delicious Temptations in Little Rock nailed it. They served up the best mini desserts that reminded you of those fresh-made desserts from grandma's house. The banana pudding was a must have, yet my second photographer, Heather, thought that the cheesecake was on point.
Presley and Jesse joined the Kristina Eisenhower Photography family through their engagement session that included their two pups. You'll see that they were able to join in on the wedding via their pictures on the groom's socks. The couple had an intimate wedding at The Downtown Loft in Conway, AR. of 45 guests. This intimate wedding was simple yet elegant. Imagine a party with just your closest family and friends. This was THEIR wedding and if you asked them, they wouldn't have changed a thing.
Presley and Jesse weren't all into the southern traditions and incorporated a first look before the ceremony. This game them time to have as many couple photos as they'd like along with some downtime with their wedding party. I'd have to say that including a first look into your wedding day only increases the emotions from the groom as the bride walks down the aisle. Jesse was all smiles and doing his best to hold back the tears as his bride made her way down the aisle with her father.
The wind was blowing with lightning and thunder in the distance as the two vowed to love one for the rest of their lives. The sky was more the perfect and rays of light were shining directly on the couple. We couldn't have asked for better weather and backdrops. These photos depict just a small portion of the fun and laid back intimate wedding on this day. We wish this couple the best of the best in the years to come. They truly are made for one another.
